Fund Monitoring Surveyor – Midlands & East Anglia
Ref: AP/6492
Location: Your base can be anywhere in the East or West Midlands / East Anglia (With Occasional Travel to Leicester Office)
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days/Week)

A respected consultancy with a growing footprint in development monitoring is seeking a Senior or Associate Monitoring Surveyor to support its expanding workload across the Midlands and East Anglia. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with some previous experience in monitoring to join a flexible, regionally focused role offering autonomy and meaningful project work.

The workload is primarily focused on residential developments for major lenders, with occasional involvement in commercial, industrial, and broader fund monitoring schemes. The role includes site visits and occasional travel to the company’s Leicester office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver lender-focused development monitoring reports

  • Assess project documentation, cost plans, and risk profiles

  • Visit sites to track construction progress and flag issues

  • Build trusted relationships with lender clients, developers, and consultants

  • Provide reliable, commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle

What You’ll Need:

  • MRICS qualification (essential)

  • Some previous experience in a monitoring surveying capacity

  • Strong commercial understanding and reporting skills

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Based in the Midlands or East Anglia with ability to travel to sites and Leicester office occasionally
