Global Real Estate Consultancy Seeks Senior Surveyor
About the Company:
The company is a global real estate consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, boasting multiple offices and employing over 100 staff at their Birmingham location. Their Building Consultancy team in Birmingham is one of the largest in the area, catering to a diverse clientele that includes funds, investors, property companies, and corporate occupiers. The company offers a promising career path, with opportunities to progress as a Building Surveyor or to move into Project Management.
The Role:
The company is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor to join their team. They are looking for a versatile 'generalist' in Building Surveying, capable of handling various tasks including Building Surveys, Pre- Acquisition Surveys Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Project Management and scheduled maintenance.
Experience Required:
- The ideal candidate should be a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Candidates with 0-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) are preferred, although any post qualification experience will be considered.
- Previous employment in a consultancy or end-user client setting is highly desirable.
