My client, an award winning Multi-Disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy is looking to add an experienced Employer’s Agent to their busy Cambridge office. Since this London Based Consultancy opened the Cambridge office it has gone from strength to strength and expanded, offering excellent opportunity for career progression. They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor with experience as an Employer’s Agent working on JCT and D&B Contracts.
You would be coming on board to work predominately on new build residential and mixed use projects ranging from £2m to £50m in value.

Requirements:
- MRICS
- Employer’s Agent Experience
- Party Wall Experience is an bonus but not essential
