One of London’s most dynamic and entrepreneurial Project Management and Cost Consultancies has extended their range of services and is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their new core Building Surveying team.
With 25 professional staff split over two offices and a strong pipeline of work coming in, this is the next step in the evolution of the company. The Building Surveying team works closely with the PM team, and in addition handle the instructions that come in for professional work.
The right candidate will be newly qualified or on the building surveying APC. Within the role you will be working across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial fit out and refurb and Healthcare projects.
This role would suit an Assistant Building surveyor looking to make the next step or someone looking to add a project management element to their work. Or it may be that you are already a chartered surveyor and envisage yourself moving into a more project focussed role.
Requirements:
- RICS Degree
- Ideally newly Chartered or on APC Pathway
- Minimum 1 years’ post-graduation experience
Salary:
- £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
