Our client is a rapidly growing building consultancy and due to their continued expansion, they require an experienced architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. There is a strong pipeline of work predominantly in the residential, commercial and healthcare sectors where you could see yourself communicating with clients and contractors as well as generally helping with the delivery aspect of projects. You will be given a level of autonomy to complete the work including flexible working hours and the opportunity spend some of the week working from home. At the moment due to Covid-19 this will be a fully remote role, but the assumption is in the future you will be working from the office as well, so it is essential you live a commutable distance from the office.
The successful candidate will be working on 3D modelling, CGI’s and full working drawings whilst taking a leading role in several large projects. To succeed in this role, you will be hard working, driven and comfortable working to deadlines. You will need to be happy working as part of a team and interacting with clients. You will also be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of current building regulations.
Requirements:
- Either RIBA or CIAT Membership as appropriate.
- 5 years of experience with AutoCAD/ArchiCAD
- Detailed knowledge of current building regs
