A construction consultancy requires a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a day-rate basis to work on primarily new build residential on affordable / social housing projects accross London.
You must have a background as a PQS, and ideally be chartered with the RICS or CIOB. In addition you should have extensive experience working in a consultancy environment and delivered projects ideally in this area or the wider public sector.They are willing to pay very competitive day rates and are looking for an early January start.
