Valuation Surveyor Residential Investment & Development

A Valuation Surveyor is required to join this prestigious property consultancy.

You will become a key member of their commercial valuation team and your role will primarily focus on the residential valuation work that arises within it.

The valuation work you will undertake will be primarily for bank / mortgage purposes, and will be in three key areas; Firstly you will value single dwellings in the West Midlands with a value of circa £1 million and upwards.
In addition you will value residential investment properties, primarily whole blocks of apartments with a wide variety of rental values.
The final area will be in development land.

They seek a competent individual who is able to communicate with high net worth individuals, major lenders and residential developers.


In terms of experience we require a Registered Valuer and MRICS chartered surveyor with either commercial valuation experience who desires to forge their career into this area, or alternatively a valuation surveyor with a residential focus that already has experience in the specific areas described above.
