A Building Consultancy in Birmingham, with a growing team, is currently seeking an Associate level Building Surveyor to join their ranks and contribute to various commercial projects and take a leading role in the set-up.
They require an MRICS Chartered Surveyor who is already operating at the Associate level or an ambitious Senior Surveyor aiming to take the step up.
As part of this practice, you will have the opportunity to work with an established client base, engaging in diverse tasks associated with it. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and developing junior staff members. With a network of offices throughout the UK, the company fosters a collaborative environment, allowing for the sharing of expertise and a conducive working atmosphere.
