The Role
You’ll support on a mix of professional and project work.
Dilaps, TDD, defects analysis, reinstatement cost assessments, and refurbishments.
Mostly commercial property—offices, retail, industrial.
You’ll be out on site, in client meetings, and involved in reports from the start.
You’ll get hands-on experience across the full building surveying skill set.
You’ll be supported all the way through your APC.About You
You’ve got at least 6-12 months’ work experience as a Building Surveyor already, ideally in a consultancy.
You might have more experience than this, that's great!
You’re working towards APC or ready to start.
You’ve got a Building Surveying degree (or similar).
You’re confident, motivated, and keen to take on more responsibility.The Company
