A firm of Chartered Surveyors based in South London are looking for proven Commercial Agent to join their successful agency department. The company offer a full suite of professional services. The agency team focuses on a broad range of asset types including development opportunities, retail, offices, industrial and trading businesses.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include advising clients on leasing strategies to improve their holdings, finding suitable tenants as well as disposing of assets.
The ideal candidate will be a RICS surveyor with a proven track record in commercial agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be fundamental in growing the agency side of the business.
