Development Surveyor

A highly regarded Property Consultancy are currently looking for an MRICS chartered Surveyor to support their Planning and Development team based in the West End. The position will focus on providing analysis and development appraisal s to a range of clients. The planning and development team work with a wide range of clients including some of the country’s largest property portfolios, the team provide a range of services focused around both development land and property.

Key responsibilities

  • Development Strategy – providing clients with a range of development advice
  • Undertaking development assessments on a range of different property types
  • Analysing and keeping up to date with property market performance
  • Assisting in the formation of delivery mechanisms such as Development Agreements and Join Ventures

Key skills and experience

  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor
  • Excellent numerical skills and a keen interest in development and planning
  • Experience within a development focused position for either a corporate, public sector body or a property consultancy
