A large Property Consultancy based in London are currently looking for an MRICS Senior Surveyor to join their Property Management function. The role will involve management of a diverse property portfolio within London, supporting a leading retail fund. The varied portfolio offers exposure to a number of sectors including extensive alternative sectors. Reporting to the Director you will take complete ownership of a portfolio including identifying value add asset management opportunities.
The role requires someone with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively providing first rate service to the client whilst proactively identifying and executing improvements within the wider team and processes.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a proven track record within Property Management. The ability to build strong client relationships and to deliver a value add and efficient service is key to the role.
