A medium size firm of Chartered surveyors are currently looking for qualified surveyor with landlord and tenant experience to join their highly regarded lease advisory team. The team provide advice to a range of high profile clients with this role focusing on retail properties across London
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to a range of clients including investors, funds and occupiers
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears for both landlord and tenant
- Lease interpretations
The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified and have a background in L&T work. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are key to the success of this position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm and gaining the opportunity to work with high profile clients.
