An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most highly regarded Valuation and Advisory teams within London. This leading Property Consultancy provide Valuations and related advice for a number of purposes including loan security, financial reporting and acquisitions for a range of clients. The team focus on high value commercial properties within central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly or recently chartered surveyor to gain exposure to some very exciting work within the fast paced London property market.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer. Experience of undertaking valuations within a large city would be beneficial however candidates with solid commercial valuations experience would also be appropriate.
