An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most highly regarded Valuation and Advisory teams within London. The team undertake regular valuations on behalf of property companies, funds and large institutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly or recently chartered surveyor to gain exposure to some very exciting work. The types of properties valued will include both commercial and alternative sectors. There will also be significant opportunity to gain client facing responsibility within the role.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer. You will be a confident user of both Argus and Excel along with possessing a professional client facing demeanour.
