Are you a Contract Building Surveyor looking for your next role?
We are working on behalf of a consultancy based in South East London, seeking an experienced Contract Building Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, providing high-quality services to clients in the property and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of specifications and tender documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Producing pricing documents to support project budgets and cost analysis.
- Managing contract administration, including extensions of time, final accounts, and handling instructions and variations effectively.
- Delivering high-standard work across various residential projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and other property enhancements.
Requirements:
- MRICS – preferred not essential.
- Proven experience in the residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract admin, building specifications, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Salary & Benefits:
