The company
A global real estate consultancy, that has offices around the UK and employ over 100 staff in their Birmingham office. Their Building Consultancy team is one of the largest in Birmingham, and they work on instructions from a variety of funds, investors, propco's and corporate occupiers. They will ideally recruit at Senior Surveyor level. There will be a great career path in front of you here with a dual opportunity to progress as a Building Surveyor or move into Project Management.
The Role
They seek a Building Surveying 'generalist' that can work on a variety of instructions from TDD, dilapidations, contract admin and scheduled maintenance.
Experience Required
- Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, with 0-3 years' PQE the ideal candidate will have a couple of years' PQE
- Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
