A specialist multi-disciplined property consultancy is looking to add a Commercial Building Surveyor to join a vibrant, growing Oxford Building and Project Management team. The team has a very strong pipeline of work coming through, with a diverse range of fit out and refurbishment projects within Science and Tech sectors in Oxford. The team also has a very strong relationship with over 25 University Colleges. The role will allow the right candidate a huge opportunity to be involved in professional and project work as well as further their career in a growing team with great aspirations. They would also consider experienced non-chartered building surveyors looking to work in a property consultancy.
This is a company that looks after its employees very well –this year a two week paid bonus was given across the board as well as individual bonuses.
Requirements:
- Ideally MRICS, but not essential
- RICS accredited degree
Salary:
- £40,000 - £65,000
- Car allowance
