A national firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director to join their Building Consultancy team in London. Joining a team of 20 Surveyors, you’ll be predominately focussed on project management and contract administration of projects. That said, there will be a small element of professional work within the role, mainly done in order to keep your skills fresh, should a time arise when you will be needed to occasionally support other team members meet a deadline.
With a strong focus on project work you’d be involved in client led asset management projects for Property Companies, funds and developers in both fit out and new build.

Requirements:
- MRICS with a minimum 1 years PQE
- Salary: £55,000 - £75,000
