This global real estate consultancy has a presence across the UK, boasting one of the largest Building Consultancy teams in Birmingham. Their portfolio includes collaboration with diverse clients such as funds, investors, property companies, and corporate occupiers. The company is actively seeking candidates at the Senior Surveyor level, offering a promising career trajectory with opportunities to advance as a Building Surveyor or make a transition into Project Management.
The Role
The company is in search of a capable Building Surveyor with a well-rounded skill set, proficient in handling various tasks encompassing building surveys, dilapidations, contract administration and Project Management.
Experience Required
Ideal candidates should be Chartered members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, equipped with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Consideration will also be given to non-chartered candidates who show potential for progression.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience at a consultancy or end-user client.
