A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Ratings Surveyor to join the West End office of an international firm of chartered surveyors. The position sits within their specialist Business Rates team who provide services to a range of clients across both core sectors of commercial property and alternatives property types. As well as working on specific rating appeals and management of client portfolios you will also work to identify and generate new business.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification (MRICS or IRRV) and have a strong track record in business rates. Strong communication skills are crucial to the role in terms of both managing existing clients and further developing new business.
