- Description
A leading property consultancy are currently looking for an experienced management surveyor to join their Property & Asset Management Team. Working closely with the Director you will take full ownership of a number of buildings. Supported by a team of facilities and building managers you will provide high quality property management to the client whilst advising on further asset enhancements.
Role Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership and responsibility for a number of properties and key clients
- Management of Lease and tenancy schedules
- Working closely with facilities management and building management
- Due diligence for disposals
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a proven track record within Property Management. The ability to build strong client relationships and to deliver a value add and efficient service is key to the role.
