A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a recently chartered surveyor to join the Residential team in the West End office of a very well respected firm of Surveyors. The primary function of the role will be to undertake valuations on a range of residential property types including investment and mixed use portfolios. Additionally the successful applicant will be instrumental in assisting to grow and further progress the residential development side of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified MRICS surveyor with experience in valuations. Experience within residential development would be beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that place a high emphasis on career development and to be instrumental in growing a key part of the business.
