A mid tier property consultancy are currently looking for a chartered Valuation Surveyor to join their central London team. This highly regarded team work on a range of large commercial, residential and development assets within central and greater London providing valuation advice for a number of purposes including loan securities, financial reporting and acquisitions for range of investors and major banks.
The ideal candidate will already be an accomplished RICS registered valuer with post qualification experience. You will have experience of commercial or residential valuations ideally in London. You will be a confident business developer with an excellent client facing manor.
