A fantastic opportunity has emerged within a Building Consultancy based in Waterloo. The company is currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor at either Senior or Associate level to join their highly rated team.
The Building Consultancy has a rich history and extensive experience within the UK. Their team specialises in various projects, primarily in the Commercial sector, and serves a client base consisting of blue chip clients. The successful candidate will have the privilege of working on some of London’s most recognisable buildings.

Applicants for this role must be MRICS accredited. The ideal candidate should possess experience across various sectors, with a primary focus on Commercial projects. In this role, the candidate must demonstrate the capability to manage their own workload, meet client expectations, and mentor junior team members on their APC journey. The company offers a high level of trust and autonomy to deliver results in the manner that the candidate deems best.
