A prestigious consultancy in London is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
This role sits at the heart of a forward-thinking consultancy known for delivering high-quality building surveying and project management services to a range of high-profile clients across the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis across diverse property portfolios.
- Manage and deliver refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Provide expert advice on property issues, including technical due diligence and building pathology.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining and developing strong professional relationships.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Requirements:
- MRICS ideally with some post-qualification experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver within set timeframes and budgets.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ambitious, driven, and capable of operating at a senior or associate level with a leadership mindset.
