- Description
A Global Property and Real Estate consultancy, with its Head Office in London, is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their thriving Bristol office. This nationwide consultancy has over 160 consultants throughout its offices and it’s Bristol office delivers a comprehensive service throughout the West Country. You will be coming onto a well-established team of Building Surveyors and working across a range of traditional Building Surveying skills, with a good share of both Project and Professional work. With a varied work load, you will be advising investors, owners and occupiers. Experience of Dilaps, due diligence or Fund Monitoring also a bonus, but not crucial.
Requirements:
- BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
- MRICS
- Ideally 1-2 years PQE within a commercial Building Surveying Environment
