The booming Bristol Office of a niche consultancy with a Head Office in The City, who specialise in Fund Monitoring Consultancy are looking to add a Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their Bristol team.
They have a strong market presence in this field and have recently expanded into new offices and won some prestigious new clients. They are leading the market in this field, with the biggest dedicated fund monitoring team of any independent consultancy. Due to the huge amount of work coming in and the strong pipeline they are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager or Building Surveyor with Fund Monitoring experience. They will also look at candidates who have limited exposure to bank monitoring, but who would like to specialise in the area.
With a very strong budget for the right candidate these guys are happy to remunerate very well and are also very supportive of flexible working arrangements.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- Ideally Fund Monitoring Experience
Salary:
- £50,000 - £75,000 DOE
